Frequently Asked Questions (For Existing Orders Only)
Important: This FAQ applies only to customers who placed orders before October 30, 2025.
This website is currently used only for tracking and customer support and is no longer accepting new purchases.
Where is my order?
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days on average.
During peak seasons, public holidays, or customs inspections, shipping may take up to 15+ business days depending on your location.
If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact us — our team will review your tracking details and provide an update.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
You can also track your order anytime through our Order Tracker.
If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 2–3 business days for the courier’s system to refresh.
Why is this website changing?
We’re currently transitioning to a new brand and website domain.
This website remains online temporarily to help customers track existing orders and reach our support team.
It will be discontinued once all orders have been delivered.
Will my order still arrive?
✅ Yes, absolutely.
All confirmed orders are still being processed and shipped as normal through our logistics partners.
You will continue receiving tracking updates via email until your package is successfully delivered.
Can I still place a new order?
❌ No.
This website is no longer accepting new purchases and now serves solely as a customer-service and order-tracking portal for existing customers.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
In most cases, no.
Any required customs duties or import fees are covered by our fulfillment partners.
If you are ever asked to pay additional customs charges, please contact us right away and our team will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time, orders enter processing and shipment — at which point cancellations are no longer possible.
If you notice an error in your order information, please reach out immediately, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
What is your return policy?
Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy applies only to orders placed before October 30, 2025.

Regular-priced items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Discounted or promotional items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for approved returns are issued back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different color, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist and help you find the best solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service efficiency.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days after shipment.
If your package shows no movement for over 7 business days, please contact us — we’ll investigate with the courier and update you as soon as possible.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check with family members, neighbors, or your building management in case it was accepted on your behalf.

Contact your local post office or courier to file a delivery claim.

Notify our support team so we can assist where possible.
Please note: once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft, but we’ll do our best to help you file a claim.
