Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Note: This policy applies only to orders placed before October 30, 2025.
This website is currently being used solely for order tracking and customer support and is no longer accepting new purchases.
1. Final Sale Items
All items purchased at a discounted or promotional price (including items bought with coupon codes, bundle deals, or seasonal offers) are considered Final Sale.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Return Window for Regular-Priced Items
For regular-priced items only, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Return requests must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping any item back.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact our team within the 30-day window. Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note:

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order included a discounted or promotional item, it is considered Final Sale and not eligible for refund.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items that meet our return conditions.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different color, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist and help you find the best solution.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for defective or incorrect items — only replacements.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after purchase.
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
8. Important Notes

We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Any item returned without prior approval, or that does not meet the above conditions, will be refused or discarded without refund.
